Thanks for the info. Is there anyway I can verify this before buying a 680 waterblock? If not, is there anywhere I can buy a waterblock that accepts returns w/o some ridiculous restocking fees?

Few ways. Contact Galaxy about the PCB if it is reference GTX680.
Take heatsink off and look at GTX 680 PCB and do a visual compare.
