My motherboard temperature is 35, my gpu temp is 39, when i export video 720p from adobe premier my cpu temp goes from 28 to 73.

how i can solve this ?? Please help me

73 isn't anything to be worried about. You can invest in a better cooler if you want the temperatures to be better.

The Hyper 212+ series are great coolers for the price and will come highly recommended from pretty much anyone on this site.

If you do end up wanting to go with one of those, I suggest you make sure they will fit in your case because they are rather tall.

Better thermal paste will always help as well. The stuff that comes with these coolers above isn't bad at all, but I suggest MX-4 if you have the money to shell out, otherwise the stuff included in the coolers above will do just fine.
