My old system was not really cutting it, it consisted of an AMD 2.0ghz Toledo on an HP OEM MSI mobo with some no-name power supply and DDR1 memory. That just didn't fit my needs at all. I decided that a core i7 would hopefully last me as long as that old AMD did (roughly 4 years).
Parts list:
Intel core i7 920 2.66ghz @ 3.780 w/turbo
G.Skill 1600mhz 9-9-9-24 @ 1440mhz 8-8-8-22
WD cavier black 1tb 32mb cache
Noctua NH-U12p SE1366
EVGA 8800gt 600/1750/1800 @ 700/1850/2000
EVGA 8500gt 449/900/800 (PhysX)
Corsair TX650w PSU
EVGA x58 motherboard
Camera lens is horribly blurry, too excited to clean it. Camera is also pretty bad to begin with lol.
