So, I'm looking to see if anyone knows the answer to this, or if yours did. Do the standoffs come preinstalled? Mine had silver ones installed and black ones still in the baggie. I'm pretty sure sidewinder sold me a used/returned case. This isn't my only reasoning but I don't have much time to explain right now, will post back later.

Mine came pre-installed, but they were all Black even the ones in the bag

I would checked to make sure nothing is missing if you believe the case is a returned item

There should not be any silver standoffs in the Obsidian series cases.
