Hello everyone!
about a year ago that I have a Corsair Force 3 SSD 180GB (Sata 3).
As I have a Gigabyte mobo X58-USB3 that supports Sata 2. (http://it.gigabyte.com/products/page/mb/ga-x58-usb3rev_10)

These speeds are normal for a SSD connected to a Sata2 mobo?
I am planning to buy this controller:
HighPoint Rocket 640L (http://www.highpoint-tech.com/USA_ne...0-overview.htm)

How much can increase the performance of 'SSD?

Your speeds seem perfectly fine, getting that HighPoint controller won't improve speeds much and isn't worth getting.
Here's my CrystalDiskMark results but bear in mind that my drive is failing

I' m thinking to not buy controller s3 because i dont like external controller!
With controller can i get over 400mb read/write?

You won't get over 400 MB/s with any drive and/or controller. Just stick with what you have, it's perfectly fine

The best SSD for your motherboard,if you dont plan to upgrade soon,will be TWO smaller ssd in raid 0,like 2 x Samsung 840 Basic 120gb.Its only way for you to see sata 6gb/s speeds and by the way high 4k writes.
