That's powered by a TX650V2, and pulls a little over 300 watts in a usual encoding spurt, or game. That is from the wall. If I slapped in another 5850 I'd be around the same power use, and have no doubts the 650 will hold it...yet it isn't the HX (which is supposed to be better).
