I have 3 on my rad and I can't hear anything other than the smooth hum/air noise.

I don't think how much they're screwed will effect the noise they make. Is it all of them or just one?

Hmm, you may have a faulty one but run it for a few days and see if it stops. If it doesn't, return it. Chances are that it will likely break sooner than the others will.

It could be the pump, Corsair have had a lot of problems with the software.
They say download the new Corsair Link software and it "should" solve it.

I had a problem with a H100i and the LED burnt out and made weird noises, RMA'd it and haven't had a problem with this one yet. See if the software does anything.
