Right now my budget is limited to DDR2 memory, Phenom II X3 720 BE, and down to a handfull of motherboards (that I can buy from my area since newegg does not deliver to me). My problem is that I'm running out of cash, so out of the following boards, which will be the cheapest and still allow me to do reasonable OC?

Motherboards with 790 chipset (That are available to me):
ECS A790GXM-A AMD790GX ($133.13)
Gigabyte MA790GP-DS4H*($161.10 - see note)
Foxconn A7DA-S ($156.49 w/ $25 MIR)
BIOSTAR TFORCE TA790GX ($124.99)
BIOSTAR TA790GXB($139.99)
JetWay JHA04-LF($124.99)
MSI DKA790GX($159.99)
DFI LANPARTY DK 790FX-M2RS($149.99)
Suggestions?

Note: Currently the Gigabyte MA790GP-DS4H is in my shopping cart, but its slightly expensive and has crossfire which I don't need. Its the reason I started the thread, hoping to shave off some of the cost from extra features.

Note2: I cannot afford/find the Gigabyte Gigabyte MA790GP-UD4H in my area. So please do not recommend it to me even though I know its awesome.

get the jetway JHA04-LF board you have in the links.
Even though its a sb600, phenom II chips dont need a sb 750 to overclock well, since the acc is already built in the chip. Only advantage of going sb750 is to use amd overdrive in windows to overclock instead of using the bios.
The jetway board can easily get a modest 3.4-3.5ghz
