Looking to play an FPS game that is reasonably new (even 2015, 2016 if possible) that plays well on an integrated graphics of an 3570K (Intel HD 4000 graphics) so one that has low to medium system requirements.
Other things i'm looking for are some story to it, challenging, and if possible for it to have normal, real life like weapons as much as possible, not something to SF-ish.

I'd imagine Dishonored would look good running on low settings.

He might be able to run it but it wont be enjoyable with out a graphics card.

I recommended COD4, its the best COD and it still has a very large player base.
CS:GO
dirty bomb (free)
Team fortress 2 (free)
Quake live (free)
Half life series
DOOM 3
GTA SA Multiplayer
Battlefield 2
Pretty much every game before 2006.

you can't get much better than the half life series and portal games, they're scifi-ish though

resident evil 4

i enjoyed the campaigns in modern warfare 1 and 2, before they became completely crazy.
