I ended up getting a Year of the Tiger Duckies off of Ebay.

Very nice.

I thought I was a touch typist, but the blk engraved blk keys are throwing me off. LoL

Burn me on a pile, but in my opinion they really need a design refresh. Not this one in particular, but every Mechanical Keyboard... Kudos to Razer and Steelseries for their design, even though theirs are not the best.

It's a minimalist 104-key keyboard with minimal bezel. There's only so many ways to style a keyboard if you want minimal bezel and the same form factor(which is what most people want anyway).

You can change the color, tweak the font, tweak the shape of the keys (which will get criticism), change layout (risky since it'll probably turn off a lot of buyers), paint the mounting plate (e.g. Rosewill's RK-9000 had a red plate), and that's about it.

Congrats on that Ducky 9008 G2. That's a very nice keyboard. Take some close up pics of the lettering on the keycaps if you can. They're supposed to be laser engraving.

if you look it up on ebay there's a close up pic. They look laser engraved.

I couldn't wait for the OCN Ducky so I cleaned up my crappy keyboard and kept using it.

The Black-on-black keycaps turn me a bit off, otherwise I would already have gotten a Year of the Tiger Ducky. But they probably don't ship to Canada.
