What does it mean to run your memory 1/1? For example, if my fsb was 200, would my memory have to run at ddr400 to be 1/1? Also, kind of off topic but, could a pencil mod on an nvidia cause random reboots?

Correct on the RAM.
DDR400 runs at 200MHz, if the CPUs default FSB is 200MHz it's 1:1
The pencil trick, if you are OCing to the point of the voltage increase being a factor, then yes if the pencil mod is not providing a stable increase the OC will crash out!

Also, I don't think it matters if you run 1:1 on AMD like it does for Intel.
