After reading, my understanding is it does't matter how the loop is..

So.. would it be better to have more hose or put the cpu at the end of a loop ?

A) res-pump-240-gpu-gpu-nb-480-cpu-res

B) res-pump-480-cpu-nb-240-gpu-gpu-res this route has alot more hose.

C) don't matter...

Wait, so in the first example the CPU comes directly after a 480mm radiator? Because that seems ideal to me.

Your only concerns when designing a loop are (In order of importance):

1) Reservoir should gravity feed the pump
2) Use a little tubing as possible

So, I'd go with loop A because it uses less tubing. Having the CPU at the end of the loop won't cause it to be even more than 1C warmer than if it was at the start.
