guys i have a NZXT Phantom and I cant decide witch cpu cooler to buy

so I was thinking to get :
- some big 12cm fan like the Scythe Mugen 2 or yasha or maybe Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
or
-´smaller cooler like the Arctic Cooling CPU Freezer 13 or Scythe Katana III ( i personaly like mor ethe katana cose it should lower the motherboard C ) and a nice big 20cm that will give more air to the GPU mobo and cpu like the Cooler Master CM MegaFlow 200

and in idle my cpu temps are like 5-10C lower then the motherboard
my motherboard is usually at 45C max iv ever seen it is 49C
the cpu after few hours of CRYSIS 2 was at 50C (max iv seen on tests is 59)
but yes thats in stock clock and I wan to overclock it to 3.5Ghz

i waited like 2 days and nobody responded me ...

yes to get a a cooler with 12cm fan you should have a 20x2cm fan
but all i can find is 20x3 and they are even currently out of stock :S
Go with the Hyper 212 then.

I guess you could always try mounting the fan on the outside of the case, haha.

Ok guys so what do you think its better :
- Scythe Grand Kama Cross http://www.coolmod.com/product/9403/...-Universal.htm or Scythe Rasetsu http://www.coolmod.com/product/10901...ultisocket.htm ++++one big fan on teh side panel on my NZXT Phantom http://www.tienda-traxtore.com/tiend...d=0&ref=VEN656 the 23cm version

or

one big cpu cooler like CM Hyper 212 Plus or maybe just maybe the more expensive ones the Thermalright Silver Arrow http://www.pccomponentes.com/thermal...ver_arrow.html or maybe the Scythe Mugen 2 Rev.B or (i just think i dont need expensive one i would consider getting really nice when i get better cpu and decide to make extreme overclocks ) with the cpu i have i oc it to 3.5 and still get 40C on idle and 60C on full load ...

Seems like from your posts that you're really into Scythe, if it's available where you are you could get a Scythe Susano. http://www.overclock.net/hardware-ne...announced.html A lot of people are knocking it, but I think it's sweet?!

To be honest though, I only have experience with the Scythe 'Musashi' gpu cooler, which is fantastic, I've heard a lot of bad reviews for Scythe cpu coolers. The Hyper should serve your needs, for like 35 bucks, maybe try that one out for a while, and if you're not satisfied go a different route....the Hyper is a proven performer.

Also, if you're asking for a side panel fan for the Phantom, I believe there was an issue with other manufacturer fans not fitting. So I think you are limited to a NZXT fan, you can order directly from their site, there are 2 options: http://www.nzxt.com/new/products/case_fans/fn_200rb The linked fan being the high cfm model. (NZXT might have changed this, I have no idea)

Good luck!

well i dont want to spend so much on cooler ...
i have my cpu OC to 3.5 (its runing 24/7 ) and its on stock cooler and stock fans for the case

well with AIDA 64 extreme
its says that i have the mobo at 44C cpu at 41C and core temps all at 25C
gpu is around 50-60C (case fans on low cose if i pu them on max they are too loud

in 100% load on the cpu it gets up to 60C max 65C on low fans

si i really liked the Hyper 212Plus for his price ...
but no side panel 20cm fan :S

and as i see it my other best option is Scyte RESETSU + 20cm fan on side panel
that is going to lower mobo temps right ????

because what i actually want is lower the mother board temps and make it a bit more silent

i will probably get high end cooler but first i need to change to phantom x6

and i dont think it will be soon and anyways i dont need it for now ....
