Its either Ram problems namely a dodgy stick or Most probably the PSU maybe having problems.

There is your problem there mate 18 amps on the 12v rail isnt all that good for the stuff in your system you want atlesy 20-25 amps really.

When you load up a game it will stress your PSU as your system wants more power..if your PSU cant handle it it will shutdown or you may get a bsod

Your PSU is under alot of stress so you definately need to get a new PSU
