Hi
I use to use Windows Washer to burn a CD that can erase all the data from my HDs.But now the trial version has expired!
Is there another way to create a bootable CD that can erase all the data from my Hds
Thanks

Those programs do not remove the data clusters--meaning that the data could be recovered. I would not just format a HDD and think it was wiped clean--you will need a special utility to do that.

Maxblast can write 0's to the entire drive. Thats good enough for resale and such. If you want unrecoverable data youll need to write 0's NUMEROUS times over and over
