Creative OEM PCI-E Sound Blaster Z Soundcard will it fit on a gig 990fxa ud5

I have ordered a ud5 motherboard and im intrested in a soundblaster sound card.
can anyone tell me if it will fit as pictures show heat sink in the way:)

well I just looked at the pic of that board and why in the hell did they put a pci-e x1 slot way up there and then only 1 on the entire board, no the sound blaster z will not fit there or anything for that matter, that heatsink will be in the way. I have a sb z, here is a pic installed, it's above my 2nd graphics card.
