Crucial Ballistix Tracer DDR2 1066...Is it really running at 1066?

I don't know whats up but I don't really know if my RAM is running the way it's supposed to.

From my knowledge, DDR2 functions as follows:

-DDR2 533=266MHz
-DDR2 667=333MHz
-DDR2 800=400MHz
-DDR2 1066=533MHz

I have 2GB of this RAM and when i run CPU-Z, my memory says the following:

DRAM Frequency= 399.1MHz
FSB
RAM= 1:2
CAS# Latency= 5.0 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay= 5 clocks
etc.

If i go to the SPD tab and look at my memory, in the frequency row under EPP #2, it lists 533MHz

This is a bit confusing and if there is something i let that that can let you guys help me, tell me because i am curious.

Thanks

That's running at 800 (399x2). You should set it to 1066 (533) in BIOS. RAM rarely automatically runs at its rated speeds.

Your memory's running at 800MHz; change the settings in the BIOS. When you do this you may also need to change the DRAM Voltage to make it stable, the Voltage should be listed on the physical memory or the box it came in.

In CPU-Z you are looking at the SPD, you should be looking at the "Memory" tab instead.

Yeah i went into the BIOS and checked and it was running auto and the memory clock was running at 400. i believe the timings are set at 5-5-5-15. so when i set it manually what should I do. can you help me any more than that?
Set the clocks and timings to manual and manually change them to the rated settings. If your kit says for example 1.9V, 1066MHz and 5-5-5-12, set it to those settings, exit and save.

Is that the help you need?
Your memory should be running at:

Speed: 533 (*2)
Timings: 5-5-5-15
Voltage: 2.2V
okay im in memory config right now. i set DRAM frequency to manual and below it says Memclock value 200MHz. what should i do to that?
no i dont think so but when i clicked memclock value to set it, there was a list that said:

200MHz
266MHz
333MHz
400MHz
533MHz
im guesing 533MHz then?
okay i changed ot to 533 and cpuz says dram frequency is 532.2MHz
Ok I'm playing Crysis Warhead and everything seems good! maintains a smooth and steady 31fps!
I don't think your RAM speeds contribute much to your Crysis Warhead performance
