A Crucial PC5400 and PC5300 have a normal speed of 667mhz wich is stable at stock speeds i have found that they have latencys so spectacular u have to buy it. 2.5-2-2-5!!!

The memory that you listed is not DDR500. Also, it's DDR2, which has to be used on a 915/925 chipset. Also, it does not run at those latencies, it runs at something like 4,4,4,12. And, Crucial doesnt make PC5400. I am confused, what exactly are you talking about?

There are several versions of Ballistix ram. There is ddr1 and ddr2. Ddr1 is speeds of PC3200 and PC4000 while the ddr2 is PC5300.
