You can either download the Crysis 2 advanced config
here, or you can open Notepad, type in the following values:

r_TexMaxAnisotropy=16
r_PostMSAA=2
r_FSAA=1
and save it as autoexec.cfg in your Crysis 2 folder. You can mess with each to your liking and see how it affects visuals and performance (the last value is either off[0] or on[1]).
