So the Rygel Texture mod cannot be downloaded from anywhere except by torrent so what is THE BEST super high res awesome texture pack out there?

Yeah they could. Unless someone knows a far better texture mod? I have a autoexac already to make the game nice and colourful like BFBC2. Just need the textures to go with it.

Strange, it works fine for me

you would also want to pick a torrent with a good amount of seeders, preferably more seeders than leechers.

Alternatively, somebody here can download it from the torrent (since it could be your internet speed) and then upload it to a file share site.

I use the HD grass and high resolution foliage textures in Crysis, both found here, but that's it. I haven't tried any others, but those have been good enough for me. I was hoping there was something similar to the high resolution foliage for the underwater foliage, but that's a minor issue.

Just tested the file planet link, worked with no problems and I didn'thave to use there software.
