CS:S Server Switching Game Modes?

Hey, so I set up a CSS server in my apartment so I can play with my roommates. I was wondering if it is possible to somehow be able to, through admin commands or something relatively simple, switch between game modes. Like we'll be playing de_dust2 like normal, then decide we want to deathmatch surf for a while. Then after that decide we want to play GunGame. Is it possible to switch between game modes like that?

[EDIT] Never mind, I think I figured it out. I looked more at the mods and found out that you can enable/disable the Deathmatch mode, and also realized that I could have two configs and just run the surf config whenever we go to a surf map, and revert back to standard config when I go back to standard. Didn't look at GunGame, I'll find out though.
