I installed the CT-479 Kit with the M750 CPU on the P4P800 SE. No POST. The BIOS is 1008, which is correct per Asus website. I did a clear RTC, Reseated PC2700 Memory, Checked all connections. No POST. I put everything back the way it was, No Issues, just like it was before. I guess I will try again, but I "got a bad feeling" about this project.

do you have another motherboard you can try the CT-479 on
I am in the process of retrieving another Asus QVL Mobo from a relative. I have also requested an RMA for the CT-479. I have also submitted a Technical Inquiry to Asus, but I expect little from this. I also did everything all over again. same result. No POST. I sure hope I did not waste the $250 for the CPU. Oh Well, such is life.
