Custom Build Issue/Question

First things first:

Motherboard - gigabyte z77-ud5h
Processor - i7 3770k
Ram - 16gb (4x4gb) Kingston Hyper X 1600
GPU - dual EVGA GTX 670 FTWs running in SLI
Power Supply - Rosewill Xtreme 850W 80plus certified
Boot Drive - 120gb Vertex 4 SSd
Heatsink - Scythe Ninja Rev. 3
Storage Drive - 2TB 7200RPM
Case- Corsair 600T white special edition w/all case fans replaced with Rosewill brushless
Monitor - 27" Dell Ultrasharp u2713hm 1440p
Keyboard/Mouse - Razer Deathstalker/deathadder

Anyway, I just bought this desktop and have decent computer knowledge but nothing of this "caliber".

Q1) I have a ton of small questions and no one to ask (google has been asked!). First of all, I can only get into the BIOS once. After that I need to turn power off on the PSU and turn it back on. I can then access BIOS. Unplugged everything but mouse and keyboard. I have a ps2 keyboard but my MB doesn't have a ps2 connection (and I have no adapter...) Is this most likely keyboard issue, it works fine once in bios..? Also, my mouse's "up" and "down" directions are reversed in the bios???

Maybe I posted too much beforehand. One question at a time!

My keyboard and mouse are in the 2.0 usb slot also.
