I am looking to do a ITX build inside a Parvum 2.0 but im really worried about leakage and damaging my parts.

Leaking can be prevented by properly doing 24/48 hour leak tests. If you've properly secured all tubing you should not have a leak. You need to run only the pump by grounding the black and green wire on the PSU and let it run for a few days if you're that paranoid that it will leak. I usually only run a 24 hour leak test.

has @anoob said run a leak test for a couple of days if you still wanna make sure there is no leaks strap on a metal zip-tie n see if it helps
