It's for the Mac version of the game, that's why you have 2 icons.

To get the stock Steam game banners, just use this URL: http://cdn.steampowered.com/v/gfx/apps/[appid]/header.jpg

Search for your game on Steam website. Replace [appid] with the number for the Steam game. For example, the URL for Fallout is http://store.steampowered.com/app/38400/

Note the 38400, which is the [appid]. Replace [appid] with 38400 to get:

http://cdn.steampowered.com/v/gfx/apps/38400/header.jpg

Stumbled across this thread yesterday, excellent work everyone, and thanks Riou for the tip about getting the stock images. I got fed up of my GTA Mac images appearing so I decided to take matters into my own hands

I found the Mac banner on another set of images - but these used different banners as a base, and I wanted to use the default ones, so I made these. I now just checked on that site that got linked and it seems someone already made them. Oh well, I'll post them here anyway
