I'm about to get things rolling and test it again, this is a first crude effort at a top before I had my new perspex:

Due to your screw positions it might.

The most likely place a leak will occur is where your thumb is or on the other side.

What did you use to create it? Was it hand made with a dremel?

(sorry i missed the other thread)

Argh, you were right, going to drill some more holes in it and try to get more even pressure over the perspex.

Edit: and yes it was created with a dremel

Ok, I've drilled some more holes and rigged together a kind of bracket to hold the whole thing down:

Yup... nicht gut!

The seal has stopped leaking, but themultiple layers of plastic have started leaking

Back to the drawing board with the top design...

I'll make it from 10mm acrylic this time.
