Argh, you were right, going to drill some more holes in it and try to get more even pressure over the perspex.

Edit: and yes it was created with a dremel

Yup... nicht gut!

The seal has stopped leaking, but themultiple layers of plastic have started leaking

Back to the drawing board with the top design...
