Not a good idea, Fire protections are also good heat insulation. Your motherboard will die of overheat, if you cover it with fire protections.

So this isn't 100% related to computers but they use this stuff on everything, including electronics. I'm wondering if they spray stuff like this on PCB boards and whatnot. Perhaps that magic smoke will magically give you a tumor.
