G.Skill has announced its latest SSD storage drive called the Phoenix EVO SSD. The drive uses a SandForce SF-1222 controller and 2xnm NAND flash chips. That means that the drive is speedy and has nice storage capacity as well. The EVO has storage capacity of 115GB, read speed of 280MB/s, write speed of 270MB/s, and will land at authorized dealers this month.

Why did they write "2xnm"? There is only one source of 2x nm NAND.... and they only produce 25nm NAND.
