well got my shipment today from SVC, through UPS. I came home and it was sitting in the living room and looked like it got ran over by the UPS truck. SO then I thought, maybe SVC did a good job packaging it so no sweat, opened the box and here is what we have:

a bent Mega Shadow

broken AM2 mount

Broken fans

all that and a headache because they decided to package it like this

A little update guys, I called SVC a couple minutes ago just as they opened lol, anyway I spoke to a rep and he was very helpful. He said that he would call UPS and file a claim and call me back. He said they are going to send me another one today, and that UPS is either going to pick up the box or just credit SVC in which case I get to keep the damaged items.

Edit 2: I realize I may have been harsh on SVC as I was frustrated and disappointed. But the truth of the matter is, UPS messed up which led to my box looking like it was Sparta'd. But also I hope for future packaging SVC will put a little more padding into the packages.

Only one of your links works for me, but that box looks pretty beat up. I've ordered a few things from SVC and I've never had an issue like that! Hope you get replacements.
Now all the links are gone, the bent Mega isn't that bad, I think you should be able to bend it back in place.

Contact SVC and tell them about the situation.
Geez.

I never had any problems with SVC in the past. I am surpsied that the Megahalems got bent like a mofo. I mean the packaging of Megahalems is pretty decent. I mean, I think UPS really screwed up your package. Plus, UPS has a really rep in handling packages.

I prefer USPS shipping because they handle my packages pretty well. Also, i used sell some Megahalems via USPS and never had any problems or damage. I am just saying this because I think SVC has USPS as a shipping option.

Contact SVC and process a RMA.

Reminds me of Ace Ventura where in the 1st scene act like a UPS person (brown uniform) where he really screwed up the package. LAWL!
fixed the pictures

not only that but I have to pay for shipping back
I agree i placed an order from SVC a few weeks ago and the pile of fans i recieved were just laying in there with a crumpled up piece of brown paper like that. Everything in my packaged was fine though because it wasnt molested. I much prefer Newegg who buries their shipments in bubblewrap and packaging peanuts to prevent this.
Return them, thats completely unacceptable. I would be pissed if I got items like that.
WOW Looks like they like to play soccer in CA eh? I like newegg too they stuff the boxes with paper and peanuts! And I save the peanuts for shipping stuff or just stuffing them in my moms or brothers AC vents in their car!

I wouldn't even try to fix the megahalems. I would tell them It's their responsibility to ensure the package arrives without damage. It it does, then it should be their responsibility to replace damaged items at their expense. I say send them those photos and do what you can to get that replaced.
i've never once got a ups box damged that badly maybe a few dents ir a small tear but, not that, i'd haven't sent the box back instead of opening it. don't think any packing could have saved that it's more ups's fault.
There is no way you should be forced to pay the shipping to return it. You already payed shipping once and did not get what you ordered... in good condition at least.

Some companies need to pull their heads out of their asses, show some respect and realize that spending the $15 to send you a prepaid ups sticker is worth way more then losing a customer forever that might place another $200 order next week.
They went completely out of their way to give an exceptional beating to that box. I certainly would not try to bend the cooler at all. Those heat pipes are filled with oil and I'd really have no idea as to thickness of the tube and it's brittleness. Last thing you want is to bend that thing, hook it up, oil heats up and slowly leaks out. You'll probably get stuck with the shipping but at least you get to trash them on here (so they lose business) and maybe file a complaint with the better business bureau if you get super bored.

SVC is just a small little business.

Again OP, Contact your credit card company because most CC have some sort purchase protection.

Even a smallish company like SVC still probably has an account with UPS that provides an amount of shipping insurance. Obviously this is UPS's fault for "molesting" the package, however SVC still takes a little blame for crappy packaging.
File a claim with UPS for damaging your package almost all things shipped have insurance. They should reimburse you if SVC won't.
oh god my megahalems + panaflo will be here on friday (cross-fingers)

the PSU i ordered from svc was fine though..

sorry to hear OP
I will be contacting UPS and SVC today, hopefully I can get them to pay for the shipping. All the packaging had for padding was those brown crumpled paper...man I was really excited to have the megahalem too!

So if that happens! look out Marketplace! some one might get a megahalem for 50 dollars.

Well....$50 for a damaged Mega would be a bit much...test it and then sell it. If it comes out that there are no problems then sell it as is bent for $40 IMO.

Grats on them handling it the right way though. +1 for SVC for sure.
