Danger Den DDCPX-PRO vs MCP655 Pump

I'm just about to pull the trigger on an order

The company that i'm buying from has the MCP655 for 86CAD and the MCP655-B (for 4 dollars cheaper)

and of course they also have the Danger Den DDCPX-PRO 12v pump (for 62CAD).

I already have the MCP655 pump, err, at least it looks very similar to it. I got it from Rock3rAlex here on OCN. It says corsair on it, however it looks identical to it but I'm pretty sure it doesn't have the speed adjustment and it's missing a screw on one side.

Should I:

a) keep the one I have, it will do fine even if it does'nt have speed adjustment
b) get the MCP655 with speed adjustment
c) or get the Danger Den DDCPX-PRO pump?

How does the MCP655 compare to the Danger Den DDCPX-PRO pump?

The reason I ask this is because I dont like how the MCP655 pump you can't change the barbs, whereas the Danger Den DDCPX-PRO can.

The pump rock3ralex sent me, I'm almost positive it's the same as the MCP655-B (since I dont see anything for speed adjustment anywhere). The blue label on it reads "corsair"

edit: I'm thinking I will just keep the pump I have (hopefully it is the MCP655) and I will just use it with my existing setup.
I'd say keep the one you have until you need to change it.

In the meantime here's a good review on the new DD CPX-Pro (Thanks Martin)

Martin compares it to the equivalent performance to the MCP355 or the laing ddc 3.2.

The only reason I'm considering it is because it's less in price compared to the MCP655 and it has flexibility to change the barbs.

I dont like how I'm stuck with the MCP655's barbs.

Eh... Aesthetics are good and all, but, I'd choose capability/performance over looks any day.

But... My 655 is being delivered tomorrow, so, I may be biased
I couldn't say no to 1200 Liters per hour! (that's 3x my current pump
)
