ADATA 1GB DDR2 533 CL4.0 16 CHI

hi guys can you tell me if there are any AMD64 BIT MOTHERBORADS that take 533DDR2yet if so could u tell me please thx u

Nope....AMD is still running ddr ram only....no ddr2.

There is no support for DDR2 memory at this moment in time for the AMD Athlon 64 processors. Its in the works for socket M2.

Yeah, the memory controller is on the cpu, unlike intel, which is why you see intel boards with either ddr or ddr2.Next year amd will move to ddr2...

AMD currently only uses DDR, however the new M2 socket will use DDR2. I believe it should be out w/n a couple months

Also, DDR2-533 has proven to be a step backward from DDR400, while DDR2-667 was about even with it. Until DDR2-800 becomes the norm, there's no point in using DDR2 RAM.
