Hello,
Currently, I'm using 2 pairs of DDr2 modules. One pair is Corsair CM2X1024-6400 (800mhz at 5-5-5-18 timing 2gb kit) and the other is OCZ OCZ2P800R21G (800mhz at 4-4-4-15 timing 2gb kit) making a total of 4gb. The timings for my memory (all of it INCLUDING the OCZ) is stuck at 5-5-5-18 timings. Is there any way to change the timings (for the OCZ) back to 4-4-4-15? Or will it be stuck at 5-5-5-18 timings because of the corsair memory?
My motherboard, unfortunately, does not support loosening/tightening memory timings.

Not sure if you can. But from what i know the faster ram will "down-clock" to the timings and speed of the slower ram. to maintain stability. thats's why it is not recommended to mix ram chips. Its best to have multile stick of the same brand ram and also same specs such as speed and timings
