Scythe Mugen 5 (rev B has AM4 bracket).

More heatpipes (6x6mm), more fin area. More cooler weight = more metal. The heatpipes are also staggered as in the Enermax ETS-T50 AXE.

Fan speed is 1200 rpm.

The key point when looking at reviews is the fan speeds aren't the same, so unless a reference fan is used on all the coolers they can be skewed. I would rather buy LED strips than get a dinky cooler with lights.

Deepcool Gammax GT = 1500RPM fan , rated 150W TDP ... think Cryorig H7 level / Coolermaster 212 Evo level when fan is limited to 1500RPM
(4x6mm heatpipes)

ETS-T50 AXE = 2000RPM
(5x6mm heatpipes)

Noctua NH-U12S with NF-F12 : 1500 RPM , stator vane noise
(5x6mm heatpipes)

TL;DR:
Mugen 5> ETS-T50 AXE > NH-U12S > Gammax GT

running a deepcool Gammax 400 with my R7 1700 - you can get it with a red or a blue fan. I couldn't find the fans seperatly so fitted a coolermaster jetflo red fan.
