Yo OCN!! I wouldn't consider myself all that knowledgeable about ram. I have this kit right here. I have a weird problem.

I can game absolutely flawlessly and do every task I could imagine swiftly. But then there are moments where I'm opening up Google Chrome or trying to run CCleaner, and it takes like two minutes to open!!

I'm pretty convinced this is a ram problem, although I'm open to all advice.
I've included the CPU-Z screenshot of my ram. Maybe there's a setting in the bios I'm missing? Thanks in advance...
