It's probably too far from Pittsburgh, but if you're willing to travel, there is also the GXL mini coming up on April 3rd through 5th in Millville, NJ. I've been to a bunch of LANs on the east coast, and this is one of my favs. It's also 42 hours of gaming, which makes it worth the hike. Check out their site for details.
This LAN is "mini" because the cap is 90 gamers; most GXL events are 256 or 400 person LANs.

Gotta be good for NERVE though, PRO COD4 teams go, I think they do just regular LAN's on the weekends though..
