thats a nice price, does it mean we can upgrade if we are currently just 10 months in to our current 2 year contract?
I am in need of a new account!. Do I have to pay $30 extra a month for this like the Blackberyy?

Yes, all Verizon smart phones since [approximately] the launch of the Motorola Q 9c require a data plan. You can thank all the idiots who bought a smart phone, didn't sign up for a data plan and block data usage, who then freaked when their bill said $500 for the phone's data usage to automatically update.

Nope...You'll be required to pay a contract breaking fee (decreases as time goes by, in my experience). Best bet is to give Verizon a call, keep demanding to speak to a manager, and then go from there.
