Yea my bad, should have checked. I assumed that dell.com meant U.S. would be included as well. I'm not sure how or if I'm able to edit the prefix at the moment

This was on sale once for $250 during a weekend but I didn't have the money in the bank then I deposit it on Monday and they put it back to regular price. Then it went to $279 for all last 2 weeks but decided to wait and I see this and got excited and felt like crying afterwords.

Maybe its not meant for me to get this monitor.
