Im waiting for dell to charge my card because at first my CC company denied it since i put two exact orders through, so tehy thought it was suspicious, so i have to wait until 11pm (24hours after first attempt)

Now if you dad didnt finalize your account there might be a problem with it automatically showing up, i made this mistake at first but a quick email to support and they added the money to my account.
I did the coupon and the cashback appeared in my account. All $56 dollars. However, I sweated it out for 2 days thinking I wouldn't get it.

Just wait for 2 days to see if you get the cashback, then contact bing if you don't get it.
ALSO I recommend that you do the Bing stuff in Internet Explorer. Because it is a Microsoft based rewards program, you will have better chances with IE over firefox, chrome, safari, or opera.
