I've the Intel i5 3570K, Gigabyte Z77 D3H and 8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM, my target is 4.5GHz, these are the settings I've changed in BIOS,
CPU Clock Ratio: 45
X.M.P: Profile 1
PWM Phase Control: Extreme
VCore Voltage Response: Fast
VCore Loadline Calibration: Medium
CPU VCore: Normal (1.210V)
Dynamic VCore DVID: +0.010
After few minutes of stress testing via Prime95, I got BSOD and it restarted and boot into Windows and then I keep getting BSOD,

- An attempt was made to execute to non executable memory
- Page Fault In Nonpaged Area
- System Service Exception
