The DFI is a P35 board, and the P5Q is a "plain" P45 board. If your on a budget, take a look at the Gigabyte EP45 DS3L or EP45 UD3L. Great boards for a great price.
go dfi
both of the boards are 80$ for me. so it looks like 2? votes for the dfi board.

Where do you see the asus p5q pro for 80? I need a board
What's the cpu will be on this board? DFI board is a P35 board which a soild board for 65nm dual and quad chips. P5Q, pro and e are P45 chipset boards. That P5Q is around $115. At that price, you can get a UD3P.

Then DFI P35DK is the way to go. Check this ((click cpu support tab and then click the sub cpu support tab again) to make sure you have correct BIOS for 45nm quad.
