I have this "i dont remember how old" Sony Vaio with a GeForce Go 7400. I borrowed it from my sister till my 3770K arrives. I installed Diablo to see if it will be playable but i stuck with a grey screen and it cant start at all. After some googling i found that Diablo does not support Go 7400. ***??? Is this even possible?

I can run every other game i want by adjusting visual settings. I also cant try any other nvidia drivers other than the Sony one from 2006. Do you know if there is any way around to manage to run the game?

Yes, open Documents/Diablo3/D3Prefs.txt and change:

DisableTrilinearFiltering "0" -> "1"
HardwareClass "0" -> "1" (or experiment if 1 doesn't work)
