It's my second motherboard

Internal PLL Overvoltage - endabled
VRM frequency - 300
Phase Control - Standard
Duty Control - T.Probe

What is wrong?

You're asking an awful lot of the motherboard at 1.505 volts man. I would say you probably blew a vrm, or a cap. The vrm heatsinks are pretty easy to remove so you can do a visual inspection, at least. Best of luck, and welcome to the forum.

Yes I know 1,505V its big but its only for test (benchmarks superPI itp)
MOBO die on 3GHz with 1,15V

I didn't remove heatstinks of vrm becouse mobo is on guarantee

You can always try calling ASUS to RMA the mobo, but I don't know how are they going to react once they see the mobo, and they more than likely are going to blame the problem on the overclocking and the excessive voltage.

Unfortunately my computer is down and without graphics card. Anything under 1.45v I guess is good, but it all depends on the chip.
