Just went to buy a 256GB Crucial M4 but found that there are 3 different versions and I can't find out what the differences are.

This is the standard one.

This one is only 7mm thick compared to the 9.5mm standard one. Crucial's product description doesn't include read/write speeds, but they are likely to be the same.

Is there any difference between the CT256M4SSD1 and CT256M4SSD2 variants other than size? The CT256M4SSD1 is cheaper at the shop I'm buying from.
