I would say the DDR2 1066 are better. Even though the timings are looser, you should be able to tighten it yourself

I'd go with the 800. Mainly because it's cheaper, has lower timings. And can be OC'ed to 1066.

Yeah but then the 1066 can be overclocked to faster speeds

E2160 is 9x chip so ram oced to 1000 can give you 2:3 ratio under 3G. It comes down to your personal preference. The Cas4 800 one should be able to OC 1000 so I would go for Cas4 800 one.
