My AiBooster Program shows my Vcore setting at 1.400 The actual voltage it reads is 1.45. At the same time CPU-Z shows my Vcore at 1.573. Which is probably correct? Also when I adjust my Vcore lower than 1.4 like to say 1.38 my Core speed increases to 3010.0 Is this to be expected? I thought that a higher voltage would increase the core speed or would have no effect....

The vcore setting is 1.4v. Your board is overvolting, so actual voltage (at least according to the sensor reading) is 1.45v. Don't know about the CPU-Z voltage reading...give it 10-15 seconds w/ CPU-Z open, and see if it corrects itself. Frequency is not 100% constant, and minor fluctuations are to be expected.
