Disableing UAC for a specific program

So i want to disable user account control for a specific program. I run cpuz and riviatuner and it always asks me to click yes if i want to open it. I don't want to turn it off i just want to disable it for certain programs. How would i go about doing this.

You ok the program in the task scheduler, it's how I do it and it works great also you won't need to disable UAC which isn't good.
