Ditto, just get a Maze4 and all your problems (well not all your problems) will be solved.

And there's always air, as mentioned above. But seriously, taking shortcuts eventually come back to bite you in the @$$ so I hope you've learned to use quality parts from here on forward. Good luck getting back up to speed.

I agree that in general the more expensive equipment is better quality, but I must dispel this myth about cheap = crap...

I have run a BigWater SE kit (very cheap) for, what must be now coming up to two years and I have never had any problems with leaks of any kind. I am currently running the same system (augmented by a second radiator) in my dedicated folding PC, 24 hours a days, 7 days a week and again, absolutely no problems with all the cheap components in the H20 cooling kit... The tiny pump is even coping with a greater length of hose and an additional radiator and still there are no problems, at all.

The bottom line is that cheap does not have to equal crap. There are no doubt plenty of people who have expensive H20 cooling equipment who have also had leaks occur. Leaks are not inherent to cheap H20 cooling equipment.

Admittedly, the more expensive equipment usually provides better performance than the cheaper equipment, but it is a fallacy to suggest that you must buy expensive to avoid equipment failure; in this case leakage.

jk...I wouldn't buy a zalman block. They make good air coolers, but they are lacking on the water.
