Hey guys I am going to buy a new display for my b'day on 29th
my budget is about $200
so let the suggestions pour in!!

It's a Samsung panel for all you haters, and it's not refurbished like the site says.
Famous Maker basically bought HP W2408H's, used sharpie on the w2408h part, and put a sticker on top, then changed the little HP logo to a globe.
The two that I got were both brand new (0 backlight hours) and look amazing.
