Distance from cpu to gpu card
I just recently purchased the Cooler Master GeminII and installed it. It turns out that the fan rails interfere with my psu/gfx card by about 8mm

So I was forced to rig it up for one 120mm fan only.
My question is: Are there varying distances between the CPU and gpu card on various mobo's?? It appears that the AMD sockets force the heatsink to be mounted vertically, and since I am upgrading soon, I want to know of I should create a better looking/long term jimmy-rig for the one fan that I am using.
